We are incredibly proud to celebrate the achievements of our 8th grade students as they commence the next chapter of their educational journey. Student Spotlight | Elise K – Knott Scholarship Recipient
A special congratulations to Elise K, who has been awarded the prestigious Knott Scholarship to attend Mount de Sales Academy in the fall. This full-tuition, four-year scholarship is one of the highest honors a student can receive, and it is a testament to Elise’s exceptional leadership, academic achievement, and unwavering faith.
As a leader, Elise has consistently demonstrated a unique blend of initiative, humility, and grace. She has served as an altar server and lector at school and parish Masses, and has been instrumental in organizing the children’s liturgy JAM group each Sunday at Mass. Elise is also an active member of the BLAZE bible study program at school and has held leadership roles as a member of the NJHS, secretary of the student council, and an SAS Ambassador. Her leadership extends beyond the classroom, as she regularly participates in prayer groups and service opportunities within her parish.
Her commitment to living out her faith through action has made her a role model for her peers. Elise embodies the virtues of kindness, patience, and selflessness, and her ability to lead with both strength and humility has earned her the respect and admiration of faculty, staff, and students alike. We are incredibly proud of Elise and excited to see her continue to excel at Mount de Sales Academy.
