The Saint Augustine School Mathematics Competition Team led by Mrs. Kaplan focuses on engaging and challenging students in math to encourage a deeper love of learning math content through application, skills review, Mathemagic, and ultimately competition.  The focus of the Math Team is implementing math competition tips, problem solving strategies; practice collaborative and independent skills, as well as competing in a variety of contests.  The Math team annually participates in the Math Olympiad held at The Catholic High School of Baltimore, and our team brought home first place in 2022!
