Girls on the Run
Girls on the Run is an empowering program available to St. Augustine School girls in 3rd through 5th grade that goes far beyond running. This club provides a fun, supportive environment where girls can make friends, increase their physical activity, and learn essential life skills through engaging lessons and movement activities. Led by trained and caring coaches, Girls on the Run helps participants build confidence, develop healthy relationships, and make positive choices. The season begins the week of September 23rd and culminates with a celebratory 5K event during the week of December 9th. Sessions are held at St. Augustine School on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:15 to 4:30 pm, with financial assistance available for those who need it. Join us to be part of a transformative experience that not only promotes physical health but also strengthens the mind and spirit.
