Academics at St. Augustine School
The academic program at St. Augustine Catholic School is a diverse and rigorous curriculum that offers students a wide range of learning opportunities in a nurturing, caring environment. Students assess 25-45 percentiles above the national average on the IOWA Standardized Assessment. Daily instruction consists of academic core classes along with weekly music, gym, art, world language (Spanish) and a Technology integration class. Our PreK through 2nd grade classes also have a weekly class focusing on Social Emotional Learning. Differentiated instruction is provided in the classroom in order to provide support as needed for reinforcement or academic enrichment.
